Planning for our next Kenya Trip! - 2019

During that 2018 trip, as we traveled from school to school and city to city, I would look out the van window and see churches everywhere.  But they were small gatherings with very little training.  God has begun something in Kenya - a plan to mobilize Kenyan's to win Kenya for God using the small churches in rural areas.  On the way home, Kent and I talked more about the trip.  I wanted to come back to help Mike and Pat make the next step with their directors and the graduates.

Pastor Kent and I are returning in February 2019 to spend time with the directors and graduates.  Mike would like to have three more district leaders for Kenya, but where do they come from?  I think about when God asked Moses,  "What do you have in your hand?"  What do we have? One thousand graduates to be trained to begin more schools in the rural areas.

I don't know where the Lord will lead on this trip, but I'm sure He will show us the way, just He has on every trip.  God has already opened the doors, all we must do is walk through them.

God has not only given us, but also you, an opportunity to make a difference in the nation of Kenya. Join us in this mission through your prayers and/or finances.  The cost of the trip is $3,500.  The dates are February 21 through March 15, 2019.  We covet your prayers during that time.  If you would like to be a partner in this trip you can mail your check out to Acts 29 Ministries (PO Box 228, Glenwood, IA 51534), or use the Donate button on the top right - to donate online through PayPal.

With our blog, you will be able to follow the Kenya trip almost as if you were with us.   We share what’s in our hearts & believe you will be blessed by following our journey’s.

As we enter this holiday season, we are thankful for you, our friends, our family, and most of all for Jesus.  We have no purpose in life apart from God and His plan for us.  We are thankful for God's goodness, and love, and grace, all of which He has provided for each of us exceedingly abundantly through Jesus.  We are also thankful for you, your friendship, and your partnership in God's mission.
